Choosing a photographer is about more than numbers. Here you’ll find an overview of how I work, what to expect, and the investment, so you can decide if it feels like the right fit.

1. The Preparations
Once we’ve confirmed your wedding date and chosen the right package, I’ll send over my contract along with details for the booking deposit to secure your date. From there, everything is kept simple and clear, so you can focus on the more exciting parts of planning.
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll send you a questionnaire designed to gather the details that matter — not just timings and locations, but how the day is shaping up and what’s important to you. We’ll then go through this together during a pre wedding consultation, either in person or over a video call. This is a relaxed conversation, giving us time to talk through the flow of the day and make sure everything feels considered and comfortable.
I’m always happy to support you in the lead up to the wedding.
2. The Big Day
I’ll arrive at the agreed time and place, ready to document the day as it unfolds. I work calmly and unobtrusively alongside you and your bridal party or groomsmen, ensuring we create beautiful photographs without disrupting the natural rhythm of the day.
My focus is on capturing candid, authentic images that reflect the atmosphere, connections, and celebrations around you. Alongside some traditional portraits, I’ll be there for the quieter exchanges and the joyful moments shared with family and friends, documenting the day in full.
I’ll gently guide things where needed, helping the day flow smoothly while making sure you have space to pause and take it all in. From couple portraits to group photographs, everything is handled in a relaxed way so you can enjoy your celebration without feeling rushed.
3. Photos & Prints
Once the wedding day has passed, I’ll carefully edit your photographs, shaping a collection that reflects the feeling and flow of the day. You’ll receive a small preview shortly after, offering a first glimpse into the moments captured.
When your full gallery is ready, you’ll also have the option to select from a range of albums, prints, and wall art. These are designed to be lived with, pieces that hold their place in your home and allow you to return to the day in a more tangible way. There’s no pressure to decide straight away, and I’m always happy to help if you’d like guidance when choosing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if we’re not comfortable in front of the camera?
That’s completely normal. My approach is calm and considered, with gentle guidance where needed, helping you feel at ease so the photographs reflect you as you are.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
Yes, I do. I’m happy to check availability with videographers I know and trust, or to work alongside someone you’ve already chosen. I’m comfortable working collaboratively on the day, making sure we’re aligned and respectful of each other’s roles.
Do you photograph formal group shots as well?
Yes. Alongside documenting the day as it happens, I’ll always make time for key group photographs and couple portraits. These are planned thoughtfully and handled efficiently, so they feel relaxed and don’t take over the day.
